How to write an LLM prompt for a pitch or landing copy

Model output is only as good as the constraints you hand it. A prompt that names the artefact, the reader, the format and the failure modes gets usable copy on the first run; an open question gets a generic startup essay.

  1. Choose the artefact. A two-minute verbal pitch, a cold email, a landing hero and a deck narrative have different structures. Name the one you need.
  2. Give the business context. Industry, stage, revenue model, the idea in one line. Without it the model invents a startup that isn't yours.
  3. Name the reader and the tone. An angel, a VC partner, an enterprise buyer and a journalist need different vocabulary and different opening lines.
  4. Fix the output format. Exact sections, plus the rules that must not be broken. Format is what makes the result reusable instead of editable.

Prompt generator FAQ

What does this generator actually produce?

A prompt, not copy. The page assembles a structured instruction (role, business context, task, output format, style rules) that you paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other model. Nothing is generated on our side and nothing you type leaves your browser.

Why is a structured prompt better than just asking for a pitch?

Most of the quality sits in the constraints. Naming the artefact, the reader, the format, the banned words and what bad output looks like removes the generic answer a model gives to an open question.

Can I get the prompt in my own language?

Yes. The prompt itself, not just the interface, is written in the language selected in the top bar. Pick your language, copy, and the model answers in the same language.

Which LLM should I paste it into?

Any of them. Claude and GPT handle long structured briefs well, Gemini is strong on long context, Perplexity adds live sources when your pitch leans on market data. Running the same prompt on two models is a cheap quality check.

Is it free, and do you store what I type?

Free, no signup. Idea, traction and moat stay in the page: they are used to build the prompt text in your browser and are never sent to us.
