1. The service
MatchYourBusinessModel turns a rough idea into a Business Model / Mission Model Canvas, optionally AI-assisted. The tool is free, no account required.
2. Acceptable use
You may not scrape or abuse the AI-generation endpoint at scale, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose, including generating content for illegal business activities.
3. AI-generated content
Canvas suggestions generated via the ✨ button are produced by AI (Google Gemini Nano on-device, or Gemini / OpenRouter in the cloud, see AI Disclaimer). This content is a starting draft, not verified business, legal, financial or tax advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating anything you use.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the idea and canvas content you create. We claim no ownership over it. See the Privacy Policy for how your input is processed by AI providers.
5. Intellectual property
The tool's design, code and branding belong to MatchYourBusinessModel unless otherwise noted.
6. No warranty / limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchYourBusinessModel is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the tool or reliance on AI-generated output.
7. Changes
We may modify or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Italy. Any dispute not resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.
